In forming this view, the directors have considered the Group's current financial position, including the result for the year ended 31 December 2024, being a profit before tax of £7.5m, the availability of existing overdraft facilities, and prepared forecasts and projections covering a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these consolidated financial statements.”
