Material uncertainty over going concern
In July 2025, the group sold its trading subsidiary, Saltire Facilities Management Limited. As such, all trading activities of the group ceased subsequent to the year end. Following the sale, the director intends to wind up the company, settle its outstanding obligations and distribute any remaining assets. As such, the financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than that of going concern. No material adjustments arose as a result of ceasing to apply the going concern basis.
