“The directors ordinarily review and update the Group's cashflow and trading forecasts to ensure that the Group has sufficient resources to enable it to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least twelve months from the date of signing the financial statements. The Directors are confident that with this continued improved level of profitability, it gives the group the opportunity to further invest in the future operations of the business. This will help strengthen the net assets position further and improve the overall cash generation of the business. The Directors are satisfied that the post year end results continue to support this and as a result consider it appropriate that the Financial Statements are prepared on a going concern basis.”
