“At the time of approving the financial statements, the director has a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least twelve months from the date of signing the financial statements. Thus the director has continued to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. The going concern assumption is based upon confirmation of support from the ultimate parent company of Lothian Shelf (731) Limited. A letter of support has been provided which confirms that the ultimate parent company will continue to support the company by not demanding repayment of any amounts loaned to the company as well as providing sufficient funding and financial support as required to enable Lothian Shelf (731) Limited to discharge all of its liabilities and continue as a going concern for a minimum period of at least 12 months from the date of signing the audited financial statements.”
