“Notwithstanding net liabilities of £981,269,000 as at 31 December 2024 (2023: £708,755,000), the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the Directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. The Directors have prepared cash flow forecasts for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements which indicate that, taking account of reasonably possible downsides, the Company will have sufficient funds, through its parent companies, to meet its liabilities as they fall due for that period.”

• “During the year, NnGOW installed 35 of the 54 offshore wind farms. At the year end, 27 of the 35 turbines had been commissioned. First generation began in October 2024. Full construction was complete in 2025 and full generation (on commissioning all 54 turbines) began in May 2025.”
• “In March 2025, the Company successfully agreed a re-forecasted construction budget with its shareholder and lenders and successfully secured additional financing which funded all construction.”
