“The directors acknowledge that the group's liquidity position is reliant on the continued support from Mark Ogren and without this a material uncertainty would exist which may cast doubt over the groups's ability to continue as a going concern. After due consideration of the above, including the potential impact of key assumptions not materialising and having received assurances from the majority shareholder of the group, the Board are satisfied that they consider that the group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of not less than twelve months from the date of approval of the accounts. Accordingly, the Board consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.”
