“The Company is reliant upon support from the parent company Archer Limited (Bermuda) to fund its activities. The parent company has undertaken to ensure adequate funds will be made available to the Company to enable it to meet its liabilities as they fall due and to carry on its business without curtailment of any operations for a period of at least 12 months after the date of approval of these financial statements. The Company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
