“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis which assumes that the company will continue to trade. This assumption is based upon assurances received from the group that it is their intention to provide such assistance as is required to enable the company to meet its financial commitments. The going concern assumption is based upon confirmation of support from the ultimate parent company of Marport UK Ltd. A letter of support has been provided which confirms that the ultimate parent company, will continue to support the company by not demanding repayment of any amounts loaned to the company as well as providing sufficient funding and financial support as required to enable Marport UK Ltd to discharge all its liabilities and continue as a going concern for a minimum period of at least 12 months from the date of signing the audited financial statements.”
