“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis which assumes that the company will continue in existence for at least twelve months from the date of signing the financial statement. This assumption is based upon assurances received from fellow group companies that it is their intention to provide such assistance as is required to enable the company to meet its financial commitments.
