“The financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis which the directors believe to be appropriate. The company had net assets of £120.7m as at 31 March 2025, including paid share capital of £127.0m. £52.8m remained as excess cash in cash pooling arrangements. Directors' forecasts indicate company will require additional funds, which are secured via long-term borrowings and parent company guarantee.”
