“Although a loss has been recorded in the current and prior periods, this is primarily due to investment work on the significant dock gate repairs. The Balance Sheet shows net current liabilities, which are largely attributable to amounts owed to group companies, being amounts loaned to cover the costs of the repairs. These balances are not expected to be recalled in a way that would adversely affect the individual company or the group. Accordingly, the directors continue to account for the company as a going concern.”
