• “With effect from 1 January 2025, a substantial reinsurance agreement with a third party reinsurer was entered into with the agreement covering losses up to a capped maximum value. This maximum value exceeds the total claims provision figure as at 31 December 2024. The third party reinsurer will cover losses up to $55,673,000 across the total portfolio which includes additional firms above just National Casualty Company of America Limited.”
