“The financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis which the directors believe to be appropriate for the following reasons. The directors are satisfied that with the continued funding by its parent, the Company has adequate resources to continue in business for the foreseeable future. A letter of comfort has been received from the parent CHG-Meridian AG confirming that they will provide financial support if required. For these reasons, the accounts continue to be prepared on the going concern basis.”
