“The Directors have assessed the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements. The Company's parent undertaking has confirmed, in its Letter of Support, that it will provide financial support to the Company, and will settle its liabilities as they fall due. As a result, the Board is confident the financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis.”

- “On 3 April 2026, the Company entered into a settlement agreement with its reinsurers in relation to the historical Small Value Surety Bonds portfolio written between 2015 and 2016. The agreement provides a full and final resolution to all outstanding disputes between the parties. Under the terms of the settlement, the reinsurers have agreed to pay the Company a total of €26 million in respect of amounts paid by the Company up to 31 December 2025. As at 29 April 2026, the Company had received all of this €26 million settlement amount.”
