“The Directors are satisfied that having considered JIB's objectives, risk management policies, capital and liquidity management, nature of exposures, operational resilience and revenue and expenditure projections, the Bank has adequate financial resources, appropriate capital and a suitable management structure in place to manage its business risks successfully and to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. As a result of this assessment, the Directors are satisfied that JIB will continue to operate at existing levels for the foreseeable future and have therefore used the going concern basis in preparing the JIB's financial statements.”
