“The Directors have considered the Company's ability to continue as a going concern (see note 1.1), and with the full support of the National Counties Building Society Group which the Company is part of, believe that the Company has sufficient resources to continue operating for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Group Board has made an assessment of going concern for a period ending 9th March 2027, which is twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue. The Directors of Counties Home Loan Management Limited have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Therefore, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing these financial statements.”
