“The directors have assessed the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. The forecast and projections, taking account of reasonably possible changes in trading performance, show that the Company will be able to operate within its available cash resources and banking facilities for at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and have therefore adopted the going concern basis of accounting in preparing these financial statements. The parent company has also confirmed its continued financial support to the subsidiary to enable it to meet its obligations as they fall due and to continue as a going concern for the foreseeable future.”
