  The Directors are reasonably confident, based on the progress of these discussions, that the necessary financing will be obtained and has agreed heads of terms for a £1m loan with the parent Company's major shareholder. As at the date of approval of these financial statements, no binding agreements have been finalised. As a result, the successful completion of the financing is not wholly within the control of the Group and therefore, in conjunction with the inherent uncertainty with regards to revenue generation, represents a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.
