“The directors have considered the group's anticipated business activities, its cash flows and capital position for a period of 12 months from the date of these accounts. The group will be providing financial support to the company, and they believe that even in the event of falling markets and without further growth the group can continue to trade profitably and maintains sufficient facilities to cover its short and long-term liabilities. This assessment has been stress tested for lower than anticipated revenues. Therefore, the directors are satisfied that the group and therefore the company has adequate resources to for the foreseeable future and for this reason continue to adopt the Going Concern basis in preparing the financial information. If required, the Company will receive financial support from its ultimate parent, Cortina TopCo Limited.”
