  The directors believe the company has sufficient cash to meet its liabilities for the next twelve months, and therefore consider the going concern assumption to be appropriate. The duration of the suspension of the valuations and the interruption of the remaining revenues of the company cannot be estimated at this point. However, the effects of the ongoing war on macroeconomic events and on the ability of the funds to realize their investments cannot be quantified and there remains a material uncertainty over the long-term future of the funds that the company manages. Based on the above, the directors believe it remains appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. However, as a result of the impact of the invasion of Ukraine on the company's ability to generate revenue the directors have concluded that there is a material uncertainty related to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern.
