The directors have also examined the current status of the group's principal contracts and likely developments in the foreseeable future. Having reviewed the available information, the directors consider that the group and company will be able to meet its financial obligations on the due dates for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements.”

BCI is a statutory corporation incorporated under section 16 of the Public Section Pension Plans Act and is domiciled in Canada. As at 19 June 2025, the shares of BBGI Global Infrastructure S.A. were delisted from the London Stock Exchange.”
