“The ultimate parent undertaking has confirmed that it will provide financial support to the group to ensure that both the Company and the LLP can continue as going concerns for at least one year from the date that the financial statements are approved. Having considered the financial position of the ultimate parent undertaking the Company and the LLP have a reasonable expectation that the group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. In making that assessment the Company has considered the expected cost base for the group and the ability and intent of the ultimate parent (King Street Capital Management, L.P.) in supporting the group.”
