The funds were used to acquire the following companies:- On 28 February 2025 the group acquired a Aurora LD Ltd for £1,820,926 which operates a registered care home in the South West. On the same day Regents Park Ltd was acquired for £1,698,606 which operates a registered care home in the South West. On 5 March 2025 the group acquired Annfield Care Ltd and its freehold property for £2,053,216, which operates a registered care home in the North East area. On 25 March 2025 the group acquired Innovation Care Limited for £1,596,908 which operates registered care homes in the Herefordshire / Gloucestershire area.”
• “During August 2025, management have accepted an offer to sell Supported Lives Services Limited to the site manager. As part of this transaction, the intercompany balance of £355,538 has been agreed to be written off. This supports the full provision for non-recovery assessed by management as at 31 March 2025, on the expectation the balance was not recoverable.”
