“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the Directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. The directors have prepared cash flow forecasts covering a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements which indicate that, taking account of severe but plausible downsides, the company will have sufficient funds to meet its liabilities as they fall due for that period. As the principal activity of the company is to hold an investment in Consort Healthcare (Mid Yorkshire) Funding plc, the Directors are not expecting any transactions for the foreseeable future that will impact the Shareholder's Funds. The Directors therefore believe that the company will be able to settle its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future and therefore it is appropriate to prepare these financial statements on the going concern basis.”
