“These financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis for the year ended 31 December 2024. The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary and relies on the ongoing financial support of its ultimate parent, Boku, Inc. The Directors have assessed the Company's ability to continue as a going concern by considering its relationship with the parent, the Group's current and forecast business activities, budgeted performance, and the broader economic environment, including inflationary pressures and cost-of-living impacts. The Company had no customers at the reporting date, however, regulatory approval from the Financial Conduct Authority was obtained after the year-end, enabling the Company to commence providing regulated payment services in 2025. Further detail on the going concern assessment is provided in Note 2 to the financial statements.”
