“The directors have concluded that should there be an economic event resulting in the significant decrease in the revenue receipts from the portfolio of Loans, the credit enhancement provided to the Company in the form of the Reserve fund and cash balance, is sufficient to cover the non-deferrable interest due on the Funds Borrowed and the expense obligations of the Company for a period in excess of 12 months following the date of approval of the annual report and financial statements. After reviewing the Company's performance, and the transaction documents, the directors are satisfied that the Company has adequate access to resources to enable it to meet its obligations and to continue in operational existence for the for at least 12 months from the date that the directors approve the financial statements. For this reason, the directors have adopted the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
