Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The Directors consider the group and company to be able to continue as a going concern for the foreseeable future after having considered expectations and intentions for at least the next twelve months, and the availability of working capital. In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the group's or the parent company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

Significant events
- “Post-Brexit UK/EU divergence continues to evolve (market structure, transparency, reporting). Global moves toward shorter settlement cycles (e.g., T+1 in North America) increase operational, funding and fails-management risk. Compliance and reporting costs may rise further as regimes tighten.”
- “The increasing use of remote work and digital platforms has also made managing operational risks more complex, making data security and business continuity critical concerns. Moreover, the rapid advancement of AI technology presents both opportunities and risks.”
- “Shifts in US trade and industrial policy (including tariffs and export controls), the ongoing war in Ukraine, and heightened tensions across the Middle East (including risks to energy supply and key shipping lanes) may trigger abrupt repricing and intermittent liquidity gaps.”
- “The company has provided a cross guarantee to related entities controlled by F Kassis, a director.”
