- “On 31 March 2026, the Company acquired shares in Arch Global Services (India) Private Limited from Arch Intermediaries Group Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of ACGL. The shares were acquired at cost.”
- “Subsequent to the reporting date and at the date of approval of these Financial Statements, the United Kingdom enacted the OECD Administrative Guidance through the Finance Act 2026, which received Royal Assent on 18 March 2026. As a result, UK legislation became aligned with the OECD January 2025 Administrative Guidance, eliminating the conditions that previously gave rise to UTPR exposure in respect of the 2025 financial year. In accordance with applicable accounting guidance, the UTPR liability of £33.3m recognised in the Financial Statements at 31 December 2025 was therefore released in the first quarter of the year ending 31 December 2026.”
