The Company has sufficient cash and liquidity to meet ongoing working capital and capital expenditure needs for a period to 31 July 2026. As a result, S&P Global Inc., the ultimate parent undertaking, has provided a letter of support committing to ensure the provision of sufficient funds to enable the Company to meet its liabilities for a period until 31 July 2026, which is the going concern period as defined by the Directors.”
