“The Group earns substantially its entire turnover from affiliate entities, the majority of which is earned pursuant to a transfer pricing arrangement with its related party, MKP Capital Management, LLC. Therefore, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, being at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, and that there are no material uncertainties that lead to a significant doubt upon the Group's ability to continue as a going concern. Thus, the Directors have continued to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing these financial statements.”
