“Having assessed the principal risks to liquidity and solvency for the Company, the directors have concluded that there are no material uncertainties that may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern and they have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence until at least 31 May 2027 and that therefore it is appropriate to adopt a going concern basis for the preparation of the financial statements, and accordingly these financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
