“The Directors have reviewed the company's future liquidity projections in the light of prolonged macro-economic uncertainty, continuing inflation risks and resulting impact on interest rates and considered the potential implications of these on future company operations. While there are significant wider market uncertainties that may impact Portfolio investments, the Directors believe these will not significantly impact the overall liquidity of the company over the next 12 months and that the company has sufficient existing treasury balances to enable it to meet its investment and other obligations and to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. For this reason, the Directors have adopted the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
