  We draw attention to note 3 in the financial statements, which indicates that the company is dependent upon the support of other group companies. The ultimate controlling company, Wind Prospect Group Limited, has entered into a Company Voluntary Arrangement CVA with its creditors under which it undertakes to fulfil all commitments to its creditors, including Wind Prospect Bonds PLC, from the proceeds of the sale of development assets.. As stated in note 3, these events or conditions, along with the other matters as set forth in note 3, indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern.
