  Material uncertainty over going concern

  The Charitable Company ceased trading in April 2021 and the Trustees intend to liquidate the Charitable Company in due course. Therefore, the trustees do not consider it to be appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than going concern. No adjustments were necessary to the amounts at which the remaining assets and liabilities are included in the financial statements.
