“The directors have considered and assessed the future projections of the company which indicate that there is a material uncertainty as a result of a reduction in funding from members and challenging market conditions for Discover-NOW. However, the directors have continued to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements on the basis that the company has sufficient reserves to cover any shortfall in the next 12 months. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
