“In April 2024, LabGenius closed a £35M Series B funding round. Based on current projections, and assuming all funding milestones are met, the fundraise will capitalise the company through to the second half of 2026. At the time of approving the financial statements, and having taken into consideration various cash flow forecasts, the directors agree that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.”
