“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Director notes the profit made in the year ended 31 December 2024 and the net asset position at that date. The Company had sufficient cash reserves at year end and has benefited from additional case realisations since year end with agreed settlements expected to generate significant cash realisations beyond the next 12 months, as shown by the strong Trade and other receivable balance. The Company has decided not to invest in new cases which will reduce future cash requirements for investments and with a mature portfolio of investments that regularly results in case realisations, the Director has concluded that the business can continue for at least twelve months from the date of signing of the financial statements.”
