Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

- Going concern
- Affirmed
“Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the Group's or the parent Company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue. The finances remain strong and having taken that into consideration along with the expected performance over the foreseeable future, the Directors consider that the company has sufficient resources to continue to operational existence for that time. For this reason, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing these annual financial statements.”

Significant events
- “There is a significant under provision of quality nursing beds in the Cambridge area, however, new homes are opening and pose a risk to the long-term future of the business both in the retention of staff and occupancy levels. We have diversified our offering within the home now including residents with early stages dementia care and continued to market ourselves and grow community links.”
- “Further potential hazards include receiving a reduced rating from CQC. The home is currently rated as good, but should standards drop and an improvement rating be achieved, this will impact the home's ability to attract the high-fee-paying residents we have targeted.”
