“On 10 December 2025, NatWest Group announced that Willis Towers Watson (WTW) will acquire 100% of the NW A Holdings Ltd shareholding including Cushon Group and subsidiaries... The sale is being completed on the basis NW A Holdings Ltd and its subsidiaries continue to operate as going concerns. In arriving at this conclusion, the directors considered the financial position of the company, the support provided by NatWest Group, as confirmed by a parental letter of support and the commitment made by Willis Towers Watson to continue this support following the transaction. There is no adjustment to the amounts recognised in these financial statements as a result of the transaction.”
