The US expansion strategy is being executed through several parallel licensing applications to establish a compliant operating presence.”
• “Management has initiated an active fundraising plan to address this requirement. During July and August 2025, the Group successfully secured interim financing of $1,110,000 from a combination of new and existing investors to support its short-term operational needs. The Group is currently executing a major capital raise of tens of millions (USD) with existing and potential investors, which is critical to fund its growth trajectory and ensure its ability to continue as a going concern.
