“These financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which assumes that the Group and Company will continue in operation for the foreseeable future, being at least 12 months from the approval of these financial statements. There was a net loss of £22.4m for the year ended 31 December 2024 (2023: £18.4m), and as of 31 December 2024, the Group had cash and cash equivalents of £51.0m (2023: £13.0m). In mid to late 2024, the Group raised $75m in its Series C funding round which will support the Group and Company to meet its day-to-day working capital requirements and to pursue existing activities for at least 24 months. Therefore, the Company will have adequate resources to meet its liabilities as they fall due and to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, such that the Group and the Company continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
