• “In March 2024, a criminal proceeding on offence of insider dealing has been commenced by Securities & Futures Commission of Hong Kong against Segantii HK and one of its directors. In May 2024, the directors of the Fund have approved the orderly return of its asset value by way of compulsory redemption of participating shares in tranches effect from 4 June 2024. Following this change, the Company made the decision to start winding down its business. Trading operation of the Company has ceased by 30 September 2025 and the subsidiary company has been liquidated on 22 July 2025.”
