“The Directors of the General Partner have assessed the use of the going concern basis of preparation of the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025, after considering the financial viability of the Partnership and ability of the Partnership to fund the operational costs of the Company, and determined it remains appropriate. In forming this view, the Directors have noted the Partnership has a strong balance sheet, with net current assets and net assets, and no external borrowings or debt covenants. The Directors have also reviewed forecasts prepared by the Partnership which assess the impact should there be a material decline in financial performance of the Partnership's assets and agreed that there is sufficient liquidity for the General Partner, and the Partnership, to continue on a stand-alone basis for at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements.”
