“The Directors have performed a going concern assessment, comprising a review of the Company's financial position, future operations and forecasts, for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Fexco Property Services Limited, the Company's indirect parent company, has provided a letter of support indicating its willingness to provide financial support to assist the Company in meeting its liabilities to the extent it is not otherwise able to meet such liabilities for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The Directors are satisfied Fexco Property Services Limited has sufficient financial capacity to honour this commitment. On this basis the Directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
