“At the time of signing these accounts, the directors have considered the cash and funding needs of the group for the next 12 months and have concluded that the financial statements should be prepared on a going concern basis. The directors have reviewed the group's latest management information and future forecasts which showcase its ability to trade for the foreseeable future, meeting its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months following approval of these financial statements. In addition, the parent company have confirmed to provide financial support to the company, if required, to allow the UK subsidiary to trade and meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from approval of these financial statements. On this basis, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements and do not consider any material uncertainties in relation to going concern to exist.”
