“The directors have assessed the continued impact of macroeconomic factors as disclosed in the Strategic Report of the Company. Given the Liquidity Reserve fund and the cost of risk arrangements the directors have considered the cash flows for the next twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements and are satisfied that the Company will continue to be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due. The directors consider that the Company will continue to trade for at least 12 months from the date of this report by meeting its liabilities as they fall due for payment in cash. On this basis the financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis.”
