“The director has a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate financial resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The company has a letter of support from its ultimate shareholder confirming that they will continue to provide, or arrange to provide financial support to the company, for a period of at least 12 months from date of signing of these financial statements. The company and ultimate parent have prepared cash flow forecasts and a detailed business plan covering at least a 12 month period from the date of approval of these financial statements. In preparing these forecasts, the company has considered the timeline and sensitivities for the key expenditure which is for research and development. These forecasts show that the company continue to have sufficient levels of cash for the forecast period with the ongoing financial support from its shareholder. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
