“The Directors have reviewed the Company's forecasts and projections, taking into account reasonably possible changes in trading performance, which show that the Company has sufficient financial resources. On the basis of this review and after making due enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and for a period of at least 12 months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue given the solvent net asset position, the sufficient cash holdings and the availability of LSEG resources. Accordingly, the Company continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”

• “In February 2025, £6m equity injection was approved to fund the regulatory capital requirements of Quantile Technologies Limited (QTL). London Stock Exchange Reg Holdings Limited made a £6m equity injection into Quantile Group Limited (QGL) which in turn made a £6m equity injection into QTL. All funding was done via the issuance of new shares by each respective entity.”
