Material uncertainty over going concern
The Directors acknowledge that these events or conditions indicate the existence of a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. Based on the Company's forecasts and projections, and positive discussions with external debt providers, however, the directors are confident that the Company will be able to generate or raise adequate funds to continue in operational existence and meet liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least twelve months from the date these financial statements are approved. The Company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
