The branch commenced binding business on behalf of Syndicate 2786 in May 2023 and employed its own staff until July 2024 when it ceased binding business and staff transferred to another Everest group company.”
• “Everest Managing Agency Limited was incorporated by the Group in June 2024 with the intention of taking over the managing agency of Syndicate 2786 from Asta Managing Agency Ltd.
